1. Operator and Scope

This website is operated by TIANMU LLC under the LUMIHARU store name. These Terms govern your access to our website and purchases, together with the policies linked below. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections.

2. Products and Availability

Descriptions, ingredients, packaging and specifications should be reviewed on each product page before purchase. Product availability may change. We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and notify affected customers in accordance with applicable law. Product pictures may differ slightly from actual packaging.

3. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

The store uses USD as a base currency and may display or charge prices in the shopper's selected local currency where supported at checkout. The currency and final amount shown at checkout control the transaction. Applicable shipping costs and taxes charged by us are shown before the order is placed. Import duties, customs fees and local import taxes assessed on arrival may be payable by the buyer, subject to applicable law and any express checkout terms.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order submits a request to buy the selected goods. Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, product availability and legal shipping restrictions. Payment options are those actually displayed and enabled during checkout; not every method is available to every shopper. We do not offer ACH Direct Debit or USDC as advertised payment options.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from South Korea, not from our U.S. registered office. Handling normally requires 1–3 business days before carrier handoff. Delivery estimates and shipping costs depend on destination, parcel weight and the available shipping service. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of actual delivery, subject to the terms and mandatory legal rights described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Appropriate Use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others' rights.

8. Intellectual Property and Brand Names

Website content is protected as applicable by intellectual-property law. Third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners. Displaying a brand's products does not necessarily mean the brand endorses or officially authorizes this store.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable service. Any disclaimers and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override statutory remedies for defective or misdescribed goods, or other non-excludable legal rights.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

TIANMU LLC is registered in Delaware, United States. Applicable law and courts are determined under relevant conflict-of-laws and consumer-protection rules; nothing here deprives consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence where applicable. If a concern arises, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it.

11. Updates

We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an already accepted order.
