Packaging, Lots and Dates
Packaging, artwork, labeling and batch details can change over time. A packaging difference does not establish authenticity or inauthenticity by itself. Korean labels may include 제조 (manufacturing date), 까지 (until the indicated date), EXP (expiration date), and a period-after-opening symbol. For any question about a particular product, please refer to its complete label and contact our team.

- Include clear photographs of the product, its packaging, batch or date markings, and any relevant seals.
- Keep the product and original packaging while we review the information.
